I noted that Pete laboured on the importance of the CMC and toxicology testing. If I'm working in a BD function and looking at bisantrene as an in-licensing opportunity. It would certainly make sense to wait until the CMC and tox package was completed before inking a deal. With all the talk about ongoing discussions with large pharma, it would seem to me that this is possibly the rate limiting step.
Will be interesting to see if we learn more after RC220 testing is done.
