Mr market not always right, but MR market now definitely disapprove the old guy, he may focus the company future but retail shareholders interest definitely been ignored by this old guy. I now understood when they said the have a discipline approach, that means to dividend and share buy back. to acquisition they are very aggressive, dare to borrow money. but how is result of their way of allocation of capital, who knows, it is old media industry (decline revenue )after all.
