Large GQG sell orders today on low volume

Last few days context: GQG has been well bid on reasonable volume in the last few days rising around 10% after some clarity on the PAC NBIO situation. Average aggregate stock on offer 200,000 to 300,000 shares and bid interest of multiples of that. Market reasonably quiet in lead up to Thanksgiving.

This afternoon: sell orders equivalent to around 50% of normal daily turnover lodged creating instant overhang. (See below) Is this more likely to be an attempt to profit from driving a lower price or a large holder looking to exit?
