My understanding was that Coby was discussing why he didn't have a customer signed up by mid year like originally projected. Weebit was ready to go, the customer was ready to go, but Skywater couldn't because they didn't have the required IP license for the other parts of the chip that were needed.
The slide indicating coming soon is referencing new FAB agreements so is not related to the delays Coby was referencing about Skywaters customers.
