    Although our real deal is downstream, I feel this stock viewed in isolation as only an upstream resource is still undervalued.

    With the mine alone a 19yr mine life resource of high grade mica and only ~60mil USD capex, surely $61mil MC looks like chump change now there is a mica market established. Surely warrants a rerate.
