As I understand it it ASIC has a guideline for this - it suggests thst sharesplitting or behaviours to influence an outcome if so proved should guide the court to approve or otherwise despite the number of shareholders voting. My reading of that suggests you can approach the court in the event the splitting is fone in a way yo influence the outcome rather than to hive an appropriate voice to shareholders.
