I’m thinking capital return as a special dividend for SH.
Observing the last two years' daily BB, the stock price actually regressed, providing no benefits to SH.
Hopefully, management has learned their lesson and won't pursue daily BB for another year.
Either way, todays news is very positive and we should see $1 and higher from here imo.
