Very good point mate.

I usually start off professional, then the emotions start to spill out, conveying the sentiment of dissatisfaction.

Particularly as you have pointed out, there is an argument to be made that investors have been misled, with no explanation.

I do find this aspect in particular, morally reprehensible, and disrespectful to the investor base...which on multiple fronts, (transparency, accuracy, misleading, conflicting, etc...) just bolsters the failings in effective communication argument.

And it seems to be getting worse....
