I don't understand why issue a capital rasie before they've been able to show "Positive Cash Flow" on the books. If what they say is true, (which I doubt) then they should have issued the capital raise in the first quarter of next year once they've been paid and verified by https://www.kanins.com/ for their "quality" product.

I stand by my previous comments. Let the Board, Directors and Chair chip in with the capital raise which will be enough to get them through till the first quarter then show us proof of a successful run business thats not an inflationary worm hole.
