    Its not good is it. We will all get screwed over.

    My only hope is if the bad news comes and its a new company the stock will rise so I can get out.
    Livent in the US gone from $35 US a share to $13.67US and it keeps on sliding south.

    I can't believe our board thinks this is a great idea.

    AKE makes twice as much money as Livent. We ought to be getting 2 shares for every 1 not 1 for 1.
