No idea but maybe Linde as they have a guy from Linde on their board if I remember correctly..
Not many liquid helium plants globally so theres be a decent lead-times of maybe 18-24 months for stuff like the cold boxes maybe not sure..
PS Just checked the weather they'd want to finish this well without too many issues and delays which can crop up in drilling with the wet season on the way by the look of it.
