I do not think the NDA is holding up results
As they have not received from 3rd party labs yet.

Although I do think any interested parties would like to see these results,
As well as all of the excellent previous results that BIT has.

So basically those with an NDA already will be able to see the latest results,
In very fine detail,
As soon as they are released to the Market,
In an upcoming Announcement.

It is wise of them to already be aware and familiar with all of BIT's previous achievements,
Before the latest Phase II Trial results are released.
So that even if an opposition co. was also Interested,
The one who has already prepared and read all previous information beforehand,
Will still have an advantage of having gone through over 20 years of data.

So they will be able to act first,
While the others take Weeks/Months playing catch up....
