Not calling them for that, but if a company has announced to the market headline data in a few weeks and then holding back due to an NDA, then they have to inform the market the same that headline data is with-held due to NDA.
NDA is not disclosing details of discussions, but NDA doesn’t hold a company informing market that an NDA is in place.
Simple as that !
