We are SAS approved why have very little people tried our drug?
I found people very interested but 4 grand is a stretch for many and no rebates on top of doctors appointments add another grand so basically for 24 mg were charging through the nose and getting virtually no word of mouth feedback or social media due to lack of patients.
Off label its bugger all for the same stuff.
It can't be that expensive so initially why not half the price and get a some revenue and some word of mouth happening.
We need some new school of thought happening and new board members not yes men.
We are becoming very stale and stalled due to lack of initiative and promotion
