unfortunately, moneydestroyer, this is what i also feel. I wrote several times. No reply. I was supid german money. Worth paying my contribution at the roadshows in frankfurt when we met in 2008 (?) or 2010, with alister. We ipened up the market in gernany as regard to retailers. Thats what we did. There was such a broad investment base and it was all screwed over the years.

now, one thing clear, Amy did a great job. She listened, she read the mails, she understands that also retail investors are important.

i can say: I am waiting for the breakthrough since 2007. years pass by. Others overtake. But i am confident in the value of the ressource.

i managed companies between 400mil and 900mil turnover (euro). Therefore it is hard for me to understand whats the problem here. I intend to oversee maybe small problems and there have been many over the years - but hey, thats what they get paid for. No excuses.
this is also the job of the supervisory board: check management if this is all just lame excuses. You work on a offtale deal with a customer since a year? Hugh, whats it about, 2 billion project deal? No? 100mil offtake a year? Great. Nail it. Or realize they only play time until they can buy from mountain pass or iluka who are baggin in huge amounts of $$.

work day and night and don’t waste time. We will not change NdPr price level, we will not change demand side. All we can influence is production schedule. Get the production going.
