I cannot believe the major shareholders are blind to this charity case and have not moved to put a whole new team in yet.  Peter keeps on saying how proud he is of the geo they put through uni or some such. But it all looks like a suck-it-and-see approach off the back of other explorers, miners or outcrop they stumble upon.
Ok if you are a big company and have a big budget to piss away but not at all apt for a junior. You need a couple of people on the ground who know what they are doing. I mean you have to be blind to not see the appalling result and now the clear move of desperation with this merger. It's a smokescreen..
Almost like the major shareholders want to keep on losing money for a tax write-off.  And that does not even touch on the other elephant in the boardroom: protecting the assets.
They are sending a clear signal to Artisinal right now; not only where the shallow gold is, but that they are about to walk away from it all for a period and as they are already known as pushovers not protecting their assets: It's going to be a total disaster as all the locals keep on running all over them due to this perceived weakness.
