I am 80% confident. Nothing suggest the company can't finish it since they have LRC (which I visited). What I'm not confident on and concern is how the market will see it. CAPEX in particular is top of mind... and how quickly we can chuck it into our own data before the market opens post trading halt. My bet is that the market WILL be surprised how cheap capex is and may be sceptical.
