5. Before production starts (is this excepting the pilot plant?) AZL needs bureau of land management approval - this is still in the works. There is no expected date for approval to be granted. This has been due before, but has been delayed.

6. While profiting from the lithium extracted from Prairie using the third party DLE technology, AZL is developing its own patented DLE technology to extract lithium from brine sans acid/s.
