    He has mentioned alot of dates and has not hit a single milestone. The market will continue to punish his inability to get this project on track. Not one single MOU has been converted to a binding agreement. There are red flags absolutely everywhere here. Just raise what's needed and get the show on the road, it's less than $20m right?
