I think that they know Africa-specific intricacies and nuances to getting things done.
The intricacies and nuances that non-Africans may not be completely aware of, although Nigel and others have been in Africa for years and know a lot too. I would say they could turn out to be a great asset for AVZ, time will tell. Unless we get damages, then we would not need to know about the nuances specific to Africa....
