As we have observed, EXR, like many small caps, has been on the decline for the last two years. High's to 50c, lows to the mid's 6's. We are now seeing signs of a turnaround. Grandis is the name of the game at the moment. If it plays out as anticipated, Grandis will be a company maker in its own right. The pilot program in Mongolia is doing it's thing, with luck we'll get results that will determine it's commerciality by the end of the fiscal year (or whenever the outcome is announced).
