Good afternoon ladies and gents. I hope you've all had a great weekend.
To end the week on this thread i thought id ask a question to my fellow traders: From a tax perspective, how many of you are traders by occupation; i.e., You're essentially trading as a business and are able to take advantage of certain deductions as a trader?
If so, what is the criteria that needs to be met to be able to claim you're a trader by occupation? What are some of the eligible deductions you can claim as a trader?
P.s. Im not taking any responses as tax or financial advice (obviously il speak to an accountant), but i was curious as to what everyone else on here does.
