I did not say it would have no impact on CO2. It will have no impact on HECS requirement for CCS.
Yes, it may be a more efficient drying process, potentially using less energy and less emmissions.
But it is the CO2 produced during pyrolysis that HECS will have to capture.
Nothing to do with the drying.
