He's a Director of a unprofitable company doing his job on the board. His expertise is why he is there....and his advice is part of his job. You don't get $160,000 extra fees because you say more at a board meeting than other Directors.
You post a lot of great information.....but your logic here is deficient.
The Directors are owed nothing but fees...and should be buying with their own money. They're already on the inside.
