Directors may very well be freeing themselves up so they can trade?
Constitution says minimum of 3 directors at all times.
All these retirements leaves 1?
I still find it hard to fathom the 32 items we were required to vote on .. is now 4 directors retiring, like wtf?
ASIC should really b having a look at the conduct of BOD and management. It smells.
