it's been implied numerous times, check announcement on the 31st January 2023 "First helium output and sales targeted for H2 CY2023 from high-grade Voyager discovery" that's just an example.
i probably could go through all the announcements, twitter etc and link it up but not going to bother doing that at this point.
they have always used loose language so they have an excuse for a delay.
