Access is not a problem for a large part of the tenement -some areas about 6 metres about sea level -if that's a problem then parts of Karratha would be under water. Many mining operations like Groote Eylandt for instance only a metre above sea level and exploration on salt lakes with special purpose rigs is a large part of the WA exploration narrative. The entire area is underlain by mafics -ultramafics and granite intrusives.
