I’m not planning on calling ASIC. Mostly for the reason you mention. It’s kinda a catch 22. I report and I pay the price! Dumb. I’m just surprised the company can get away with telling what appears to be obvious BS without ASIC knowing or being involved. I have actually tried calling ASIC for a different complaint (nothing to do with BNL) and it was a waste of my time.
I can handle all the BS and banter on HC. I can’t handle it coming directly from the company I’m entrusting my investments too. This needs explaining. If they don’t hit the targets as they continue to suggest they will at their late stage I want to see heads roll in management. I want people out of jobs for deceiving us.
