I am posting this again due to the increase in new names in thread.

When you compare the latest survey and where they drilled back in 2010, you’ll see they were way off the mark. (PEP11 was previously drilled in 2010, the results were a duster but gave great insight to the structure down there).




There is gas down there as there are gas seeps - It’s just a matter of drilling the right spot. (Which I think they have found the sweet spot)

Now I may be getting ahead of myself here but I’m throwing around some numbers for the potential resource size within Pep11.

Supposed gas resource is 5.5TCF. Yes Trillion Cubic Feet.

5.5TCF = 5802 PJ

1 Petajoule [PJ] = 1 000 000 Gigajoule [GJ]

5802 x 1,000,000 = 5,802,000,000 gj (5 billion 8 hundred and two million)

Albanese government wants a price cap of $11-$13/gj. So let’s be conservative at $11.

5,802,000,000 x $11 = $ 63,822,000,000. (Sixty Three Billion Eight Hundred and Twenty Two Million dollars)

So we’re looking at the above figure(divided by all owners of the permit), this isn’t a small amount by any stretch of the imagination. Figures are as accurate as I could find, happy for others to put their maths to the test and give it a crack.

Times are getting interesting and it appears we have kept the same crew here posting for the last 6 months. Patience will be heavily rewarded here.
