By my reckoning D Day is Jan 11 ,2024.
Gina can't offer less than $3 per share before that date but come Jan 12th she can swoop up as many as she wants and offer whatever price she thinks will get her control.
ALB are free to come back anytime because they wirhdrew their offer. It didnt get defeated.
Other parties are also free to try ahead of Gina's lock out period.
