The 2 areas if proven to be high grade and quality would make this $10. The reason its hyped is the potential for a huge discovery, ones similar sized to huge MC companies, is now plausible.
It could easily swing wildly before results, but its speculative mining plays - nothing is certain, all about the risk/reward.
