Well, that is interesting. Does it suggest that those who voted "against" the remuneration resolutions were mindful of the potential upheavel that a spill resolution would cause the company and their investments? That has been my concern. Fair enough that shares in the equity of the co. should stop being thrown about like confetti... and this is exactly what a proactive minority have sought tto put a stop to given that the company has well-laid plans in place but we need to see execution before directors are feed more and more performance shares. This is a good outcome in a way.
