If our German / International shareholders (BNP paribas) were allowed to vote, it would have been interesting to see if the performance bonuses would have carried and if the spill motion would have still failed.
I guess the good news is the board is back up for a spill motion next year, I would hope we could organise a way for the international shareholders to be allowed to vote at next year's AGM.
