As a layman investor my only consideration would be there is either a lack ofWith this in mind, it could be a plan to case the side track without a sample. With a sample to be retrieved during flow testing.
- Equipment
- Funds
If there is no working equipment on site it would be difficult to sample.
If there are only funds for one of flow testing or sampling they could be being conservative with remaining funds.
Scott may address these issues tomorrow. We must wait and see.
