agreed @Zior they figured out a legal way to stuff their pockets like the G L Ps they appear to be and it's in really poor taste to be sure. There is no explaining a way the structure of the CR. The headwind in SP is still huge. Where would we be had it not been but for this ridiculous CR 

For someone like myself especially, as an American, I cannot participate in any of it so it really stings. i can't even vote but if I could I would vote for no bonus shares as they will be filthy rich with what they have already. To be clear this is an amazing event and I believe will represent the first real inflection point.

what is so exciting is that as other indications start showing partial or complete responses I'd think the FDA will add those indications as well to the fast track program. effectively the progression of this trial is in real time so as data becomes available, actions will take place immediately. @davybabyk used a great popcorn analogy and would ask him...did we just see the first few kernels popping here ...???
