Is a TCF still worth about US$1B in the ground ?, or given the current gas shortfall, could the value be higher ? At current levels, I think 1TCF is worth about US$4B in retail sales, and given that this is in such close proximity to existing infrastructure, could we expect to get closer to retail value? Gas has also been much higher, ~US$10/McF, so if there is a prolonged shortfall, this is going to be worth a mint.
