    Agreed re: PRU on both counts

    1. PRU seem to be following the same strategy as Gina in LTR; buy up a blocking stake. The prospective buyer bails out. The SP plummets, Gina averages down

    2. PRU could fund WWI's CapEx with 10% of their cash/bullion as at end of Sep Q.
