If they say they're partnering with such and such for what ever amount and then it doesn't materialize there'd be a lot of angry share holders. Yourself included.
Let's take this news for what it is. If there are 2 deals in the works for our 2 best/current indications then depending on the terms it may be our best hope of avoiding a CR.
