I think HEC are still involved in the EPC and that was just stage 1 finished. I don't know for sure though.
The other deal with the consortium might still be going from your post earlier but maybe contact the company and find out.
I actually think the offtake deals are coming from different places going on the AGM speech and hopefully the first will be early next year. The main thing is that it is a good deal and that finance follows.
Have a watch of the AGM video which was posted on here. Rowena is reasonably specific about what she was thinking was going to happen this year but it has been delayed due to a strike.
