Yes, an inverse head and shoulder is forming on the monthly but understand that is monthly - 5 weeks of trading for a pattern. This means the short term still needs to perform (enter to sub $3.50 territory on daily/weekly) in order completely stage to for fill there criteria of what its intended to be. As winder pointed out yes it getting prepare but emphasis on being prepared.
