personally I'd be looking to sell off and take some profit and then free carry.
as excited as I am with the progress, I'd love it to take till Sept 2024 so that I could get the 50% discount on capital gains tax on my last significant parcel purchased.
my break even is 13 cents. fingers crossed even any sell the news holds us above that. I'm sure I speak for most people when I say holding whilst in a significant loss albeit it paper is pretty draining mentally.
I know it's the risk we signed up for - but don't make it any easier!
crazy to think this is the SP we were at before options expired a few years ago! been a wild ride since then!!
