Remember that a lot of the 1st generation CarT drugs will be responsible for this. They are awesomely powerful and have achieved CRs for patients that had already completed all lines of SOC. But once administered, there is no controlling them. The have warnings that they can also be fatal to some patients.
Newer drugs, the gen 2 and now gen 3 drugs, seem to be much better.
