To reach the con note conversion price, it's only a 730% share price increase from here, happens all the time on ASX right?
Where is the money coming from to keep the lights on for the next 2 years? What are the catalysts, which would warrant a 7 bagger performance? I am not 100% sure if you understand the seriousness of the position GBM is in.
The company is worth 7.5m dollars currently, the outstanding the debt is 7.5m dollars too. In case of liquidation aka GBM running out of money and can't raise more, it has to sell its assets. In such case, debt holders will be paid out first then the remaining cash (currently it would be <1m) are split across equity holders. Your equity in the company on paper is currently worth close to nothing. Let's not downplay this situation.
