I think as much as they would have liked to accept this offer the founders couldn’t do so. It would be admitting they grossly over valued the stock at the IPO. What was there initial valuation? $635 million? Only three years ago… If they accepted this offer of $122 mil it would be acknowledging they ripped everyone off.
