one would hooe that, but these thing have occure before, and its often just retention free shares.
TD has said before to retain people we need pay them well to or above industry expectations... if you, being H stay we will give you $200,000 ontop of your 600,000 plus salary for sticky around for those long lunches
yet we have no profit.
don't worry that we actually dont have enough money to pay that, or the rest of the sraff, we will structure it so that retail mum and day investor actually pay you for those shares
