I think there is some sense in what i am promoting. It takes the board to resolve to issue the conversion of these RSU's. Without the board approving it they don't convert.
A board resolution would need to be proposed before they vote on them being converted and this is where I believe there is merit in thinking there is something substantial behind the conversion.
Each to there own thinking though.
