No offence intended, I am generally interested in how the BOD has your support (previous post) if you have an opinion based that the BOD succumbing to fund manager pressure and not making decisions in the best interests of all the shareholders they represent.
I get it though, fund managers by default are shareholders of LLL as well, and they would also be acting (opined that they pressured the LLL BOD) in the interests of their clients and funds under their management.
FWIW, I have received replies from the Company on a few occasions (early Nov was the last) and I am satisfied with the answers to the questions I presented. Based on those replies, I am also supportive of the management, given the unique circumstance of the broad Malian mining industry (bar the goldies being unscathed) and the moratorium on issuing permits / licences.
Although, the licence is not our issue but the delay to permits (specifically power) is getting critical but the Company do have a contingency to cover power usage in the event of the BOO (?) isn't completed in time for the scheduled production start up.
Can't get any information from the Mali Repository - The Ministry of Mines of Mali online repository, managed by the National Directorate of Geology and Mines (DNGM) as it hasn't been updated for some time.

Something banging around in my noggin .. .. with the acquisition of the two concessions from Kodal, was the exploitation licence amended to include them? If so, could that be something the government would construe as a "new" licence making it come under the later mining code? Mind you, I am still peeved we had to pay for these tenements as we had previously applied for them, BUT, Bambara (and no doubt Alyward's urging) decided to do a deal with Kodal. For added information, Bambara (can't remember the sole director/principle) was a consultant for BGS/MLL at the time!!!
