Yes, CBG- cannabigerol.

If you go back to May’s AGM presentation, it was noted in the Chairman’s Address that AVE has already developed TPM-enhanced topical and oral dosage forms for CBD, THC, CBG, CBC and CBN.

And in the upcoming clinical trials mentioned in the slide presentation, topical CBG was earmarked for a Phase 2 trial in osteoarthritis with the Lambert Initiative, which was supposed to commence sometime this year. It was said that they were already working on the trial documentation in May.

CBG is the parent compound of CBD and THC but it’s a minor cannabinoid so likely to be more expensive than CBD.

Like CBD, CBG doesn’t make you high and it shares some of the same effects as CBD, although CBG’s effects are broader.

Both CBD and CBG have a potential anti-inflammatory effect. CBD is thought to have an effect on anxiety whereas CBG is thought to have a potential effect on depression. CBG has also demonstrated potential neuroprotective properties and effect against inflammatory GI disorders such as IBD and colitis.

I think youll find it interesting. If I can get a copy. The first half was really general overview of lambert, his role etc. But when he get's into clinical trials I was pleasantly surprised that he discussed AVECHO
