I accepted you were right, that EVs don't actually sequester CO2, but that is only because Western governments put it to the wrong use, trying to find a market solution for everything. As I said, more efficient public transport, infrastructure and efficient power storage for generation from renewables will also find a big use for graphite batteries. But you didn't want to be drawn into anything on the positive side.
