US analysts starting to bring forward expected FED rate cuts to first half of the year, possibly Mar meeting.
With weaker than expected inflation released this month in Australia we may not be that far behind.
IMO interest rates have now peaked & this is now the peak time to buy COF, we've already seen the bottom here.
